The aim of the positive social impact programme is to help organisations that provide social support in areas such as diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), the fight against poverty, social exclusion and access to health, among others. An approach we have developed through various actions and initiatives, involving employees and their families.

Leaders Gang
As partners of Entrepreneurial Minds, Leaders Gang, a project that aims to develop essential life skills in young adults, we have provided real training and inspirational moments.
Catarina Horta, from the Human Capital Department, Inês Soares, from the ESG Office, and Luis Ribeiro, a member of novobanco's Executive Board of Directors, had the opportunity to discuss topics that are essential in the transition to the labour market and leadership.

Oeiras Community Valley (OCV)
We recently established a partnership with OCV, a project that facilitates a link between companies and the municipality, through social responsibility actions that are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. We are thus part of this program that works as an innovative networking platform that promotes and streamlines collaboration between organizations from various sectors that are based in the Oeiras, municipality of our new headquarters.
