Being in the banking sector means taking on responsibilities and challenges. It means encouraging the development of financial skills and helping to create a generation of informed consumers with greater power to analyse and make decisions. We focus on the well-being of the population and the stability of the financial system, and we provide useful information based on two strands: Digital Literacy and Savings and Personal Finance.
Digital literacy
Your digital security is also our concern, which is why, in order to improve people's digital skills in the daily management of financial services, we have developed a digital literacy programme with the Portuguese Banking Association (APB) and its members. At the same time, we are also sharing some basic rules for the safe use of our digital channels.
